Shipping Charges
Please keep in mind that because much of my furniture items are bulky and heavy,
our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. None of my pieces require assembly.
Item will be shipped as soon as payment is received. We regret that no rush
deliveries are possible at this time.
Available Pieces
All orders need telephone confirmation to check if desired piece is still available
for sale. All items are absolutely one of a kind. If an item you desire to purchase
is no longer available, I will be very happy to work with you on a custom order to
match the desired piece as close as possible.
Custom pieces
All custom orders need a written agreement on design, size and color. When design,
size and color are confirmed, and a 50 % non-refundable deposit is made, the piece
will be built and shipped to you within the given time frame (12 to 16 weeks).
Return Policy
Each piece of merchandise sold is a unique item of art.
Therefore, there is no official "return" or "exchange" policy.
We DO ship all items to you with appropriate insurance as part of the shipping costs.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, then please contact Nickmans Studio
immediately so we may make arrangements for its repair.
