Available Pieces
All orders need telephone confirmation to check if the desired piece is still available
for sale. All items are absolutely one of a kind. If an item you desire to purchase is no
longer available, I will be very happy to work with you on a custom order to match the
desired piece as close as possible.
Custom Pieces
All custom orders need a written agreement on design, size and color. When design, size
and color are confirmed, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is made, the piece will be
built and shipped to you within the given time frame (12 to 16 weeks).
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or loan any identifiable
information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held
with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
Use of Information
We will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically
and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name,
postal address, e-mail address, phone number, and product commentary.
Exchanges/Returns Policy
Each piece of merchandise sold is a unique item of art.
Therefore, there is no official "return" or "exchange" policy.
We DO ship all items to you with appropriate insurance as part of the shipping costs. If
your order arrives in damaged condition, then please contact Nickmans Studio immediately
so we may make arrangements for its repair.
