This classic checkered bench would be terrific in place of a coffee table in front of your sofa. The finish shows lots of layered colors, which give the piece richness. There is an elongated box, which is useful for your magazines and plenty more space on the top for a vase, a small sculpture or a lamp. Also looks great at the foot of a bed.

The wave bench has a dynamic curving pattern on its sides simulating waves in the ocean and a harlequin pattern on the top. Use it as a free standing accent piece in your living room, an entryway bench or in place of a coffee table amidst a seating arrangement.

Here is an example of a wave bench with a box. The box opening is approximately 7.5in high by 38in long by 11in deep. As with all my furniture pieces, the interior of the box is also finished and will add an interesting color touch to the piece when opened. It is a great space for your magazines and other treasures.
